We will happily bill all insurance plans for you. We require payment at time of service, except in the case of certain personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. In an effort to maintain the freedom to give you the best possible care when you need it, for as long as you need it, the doctor does not work for any insurance company. Dr Smith and his staff, however, are willing to help you work with your insurance company to get you the benefits that you have paid for. All insurance reimbursements will be made directly to the patient.
